Terms and Conditions
- Booking and payment shall be settled 48 hours before the enjoyment of service, otherwise 25% additional charge will be derived.
- Price is based on the provided details from client. The price will be adjusted if any changes of the destination is made during the service.
- Changing the details of the journey: 100% refund will be made before 48 hours of the service, 50% refund will be made before 24 - 48 hours of the service, and payment can not be refunded if changes are made within 24 hours of the service.
- (If applicable) Midnight additional charge (applicable to the booked journey at 23:00 to 06:00)
- Eating, drinking or smoking is prohibited in the car. If the interior stains, the company will reserve the right for compensation and cleaning service fees.
One way and Round trip Service
- Driver will arrive the meeting spot 5 minutes before the service.
- Free waiting time is 20 minutes. Additional charge will be derived from 21 to 60 minutes and per hourly.
- Tunnel fee is included in the price. Parking fee will be charged additionally.
Airport Shuttle Service
- 60 minutes free waiting time will be offered according to the flight arrival time shown from airport.
- Additional charge will be derived per hourly after the free 60 minutes waiting time.
- If customer do not show up or contact our driver after 120 minutes, the service will be treated as completion and the payment cannot be refunded.
- Maximum 4 luggages can be contained for a minivan, while 2 luggages can be contained for a sedan.
- Driver will stand by in Arrival Hall A/B after 20 minutes of the flight arrival.
- Tunnel fee is included in the price. Parking fee will be charged additionally.
